SBUMS Vice-Chancellor of Research and Vice-Chancellor of International Affairs Meeting with University of Porto’s Delegation
Dr. Sebastiao Feyo de Azevedo the Chancellor of University of Porto and his delegation from Portugal met with Dr. Mehrdad Faizi, the Vice-Chancellor of international Affairs, and Dr. Afshin Zarghi the Vice Chancellor of Research Affairs. During this productive meeting several matters regarding international collaboration between the two universities including research opportunities, student exchange and sabbatical programs for professors were addressed. After this meeting the Portuguese delegation had a tour of the School of Pharmacy and met with Dr. Hossein Vahidi, the Dean of School of Pharmacy. In this visit further joint collaboration between the two universities was discussed as well.
